No. Tap "Explore without an account" and everything works except booking tables and appointments, and rating or reporting reviews. If you sign up later, the trips you made as a guest come with you.

George, Wilderness, Sedgefield, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn, or "Near me". Each town covers everything within 25 km. Places are still being added, so some categories say "Coming soon".

Open a place that takes bookings, pick a day, a time and how many people, and add a note if you like. The venue confirms or declines, and you can chat with them about the booking in the app. Booking is free but needs an account with a confirmed email.

Yes, once you're signed in with a confirmed email. Give one to five stars and a few words if you like. People who booked through Ruvia and came get a Visited badge on their review, and venues can reply.

No. Your location is used on your phone to show distances and the nearest places; it isn't sent to us. Your saved places, trips and "Been here" marks stay on your phone too.

Places and events you've already loaded are kept on your phone, so they show straight away even without signal. Maps, bookings and chat need a connection.

Yes, any time. Your listing stays live until the end of the period you've paid for.
